    We email your eSIM QR code, usually within 5 minutes of payment.

  4. Connect on arrival

    Install over Wi-Fi before you leave, then switch mobile data to TomeSIM when you cross the border.

Before you buy

Does your phone support eSIM?

Quick test: open your phone dialer and enter *#06#. If an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM.

  • Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models support eSIM.
  • Your phone must be carrier-unlocked.
  • Your regular SIM stays in place for calls and texts.

Installation guide

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.
  2. Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM.
  3. Choose “Use QR Code” and scan the code from your email.
  4. Label the new line “TomeSIM”.
  5. Under Cellular Data, select the TomeSIM line.
  6. On arrival, turn on Data Roaming for the TomeSIM line only.

Keep the eSIM installed. A QR code usually cannot be reused once deleted. Keep roaming off on your main SIM to avoid charges from your home operator.

How fast will I receive my eSIM?

Your eSIM is sent as a QR code to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases technical issues can cause a short delay.

Which countries are covered?

All plans work on the Vodafone network in 51 destinations: the EU, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Türkiye, Ukraine, Moldova, Albania, several microstates and French overseas territories. Use the coverage search on this page to check a specific country.

Can I share my connection with a hotspot?

Yes. Hotspot (tethering) is included on every plan with no speed limitations, so you can connect a laptop, tablet or in-cab device.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. TomeSIM is a data-only eSIM. Your regular SIM stays in your phone, so you can keep receiving calls and texts on your usual number while using TomeSIM for mobile data.

Is my phone compatible?

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. A quick test: dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM. Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models do.

When should I install the eSIM?

Install it before you leave, while connected to Wi-Fi. When you arrive, set TomeSIM as the line for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line only.

What if my eSIM does not work?

Contact us at tomtomesim@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it. We will investigate and, if the error is confirmed, offer a replacement or a partial or full refund, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Can I renew my eSIM?

Yes, as long as it is still active. Go to Renew your eSIM, enter the phone number of your TomeSIM eSIM (not your personal number), choose a plan and pay. We renew your existing eSIM and confirm by email, so there is nothing new to install. An eSIM that has already expired and been deactivated cannot be renewed.

Can I cancel after buying?

Because the eSIM is a digital product delivered immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the eSIM has been activated. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
